Getting Here

We encourage customers to travel by public transport or other environmentally-friendly methods wherever possible.

By Bus

Birmingham has a large bus network, which connects the city to the wider West Midlands region. Many buses run past the venue on Digbeth High St or from Bradford St/Rea St opposite the venue.

Digbeth High Street – Number 6, 17, 37, 58, 59, 60, 73, 97, 900, 957 and X20  towards Birmingham city centre.

Bradford St/Rea Street – Number 2, 3, 5, 31. 35, 50

By Train

The venue is 0.5 miles from both Birmingham New St and Moor St stations

By Coach

Digbeth Coach Station is directly opposite the venue with National Express coaches operating from towns and cities across the UK

By Bike

There are various bike racks in the local area and we also have a small bike rack in our smoking area. Access available on request

By Car

The venue is easily accessible from all the main routes (A38, M6, M5) and our postcode is B5 5SU for your sat nav. However, please be aware we are now in the Birmingham Clean Air Zone so for full info CLICK HERE , and put your reg in to make sure you are exempt. Parking is available on all the surrounding streets in Digbeth but the majority is now Pay By Phone. There are also a number of Pay & Display car parks within 5 mins walking distance of the venue.

Access

The both entrances to the venue are easily accessible via sloped entrances. Milk St entrance has a sloped corridor from the street whilst the main college entrance on the corner of Floodgate St/Digbeth High St (used for seated performances) has a sloped ramp to the venue

Viewing Area/Seating

We provide a small seated viewing area in front of the stage, on the right hand side for customers who have accessibility or medical issues. This area can also accommodate a couple of wheelchairs. If you require a seat, or need to make use of the viewing area, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance via the Contact Form or the email address on the Contact page , and we will try & arrange this for you.

Some shows are both seated and standing but those seats are available on a first come, first served basis on the night. The Canteen area also has lots of seating with tables available throughout the show

Personal Assistant/Carer Tickets

We do not deal with tickets directly from the venue so if you require a Personal Assistant/Carer ticket, please contact the ticketing platform or the show promoter directly

Toilets

The accessible toilets are located in the Canteen area next to the other toilets and smoking area

Assistance Dogs

We welcome assistance dogs to our venue and will happily provide a bowl of water and/or a quiet space for them. However some events may not be suitable so please let us know in advance if you will be attending with an assistance dog, and we can discuss any arrangements that may need to be made

Strobe Lighting

We may use strobe lighting for some performances. There will be signs up on the night to alert you of this, but if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance
